Wohnfind is a platform that connects international students with landlords in Germany. We provide: • A platform for searching and listing rental properties • A verification system for landlords and students • A direct messaging system • Tools to simplify the application process
• You must be an adult (18+) to use the platform • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure • Creating multiple accounts is prohibited • Information you provide must be accurate and up to date
Landlords agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information about their properties • Not discriminate between applicants • Comply with German tenancy laws • Respond to applications within a reasonable time
Students agree to: • Provide truthful information in their applications • Respect landlords and respond to their messages • Not submit multiple applications for the same property
The following is strictly prohibited: • Publishing false or misleading information • Harassing or abusing other users • Publishing illegal content • Attempting to breach platform security • Using the platform for fraudulent purposes
Wohnfind acts as an intermediary between landlords and students and is not liable for: • Content of listings provided by landlords • Disputes between landlords and tenants • Any damages arising from rental agreements
